To avoid unexpected matters, the organizing committee of the second International Conference of Islamic Scholars (ICIS II) put tightly security system into effect. the committee regards that the security was really important for considering the very much-awaited event will attended by Islamic scolars, academics, and other dignitaries from 57 countries.
"Location of the meeting need to be secured tightly. that is why to keep succeeding the agenda of ICIS II," Security Coordinator of ICIS II Avianto Muhtadi said to NU Online in PBNU office, Jalan Kramar Raya 164 Central Jakarta, Sunday (18/6).
<>Avin said that not all people allowed to come to the arena. The only "recognized" persons possesing identification card (ID) have the right to attend the big event. "For security, every body has no permission to step inside freely," Avin said.The committee also set up instructions to reporters in reporting the activity of ICIS II. The only officially registered reporters reserve the right to report the agenda. "Everything should be well-organized. reporters should also bring press identity from the committee."
Security officers, Avin said, consist of tens of Serba Guna Fronts, security team of Foreign Affairs Department, police officers, armed forcers, State Secretary, and Borobudur Hotel's security team.
"We'll deploy Tens of Banser Fronts. security officers are also ready to help us," Avin added. (rif)
