Lee was of view that Indonesian nuclear experts were capable enough of developing nuclear technology for since long time there have been many Korean nuclear men conducting any cooperation and research with Indonesian nuclear ones.<>

He said amid the rocketing world oil price the nuclear could be such efficient alternative energy solutions.

Lee added that the technology in addressing alternative energy needs was considerably secure enough so that it's unnecessary for some to worry about any possible leakages as ever happened in Cyrnobil, Russia.

The purposeful plan of Indonesian government to develop nuclear work for producing electricity in Jepara Central Java (for instance) should be continued, he said.

"The government of Korea is ready to help and share experience in developing nuclear technology for electrical power generation in Indonesia," Lee told Hasyim, accompanied by his special assistant for foreign affairs Abdul Wahid Maktub. (nam)
