'Yalal Wathan must be preserved'

Muslimat NU chapter of Kudus Central java has great potential in music fileds following the performance of the Harmony Nada choir contingent, consisting of Muslimat NU Kudus in the Mars Hymne Choir Competition of Muslimat NU and Yalal Wathan in Jepara Regency Hall, over the weekend.

The competition was started at 09.00, participated by 4 contingents from 7 districts in the ex-residency area of ​​Pati. The event was opened by the regent of Jepara KH. Ahmad Marzuki, who was present along with Mrs. Chuzaenah Marzuki.

The regent of Jepara said that he was very proud of Jepara for hosting this event because this is not only looking for winner but is also a means of strengthening the NU religious belief systems in dealing with any possible threats.

"The Subbanul Wathan song needs to be preserved, especially to inflame the youth spirit in order not to get trapped into negative things," the regent said, adding that the competition was part of defending, guarding, and protecting Muslimat NU.

The uniqueness of this event is to sing with traditional musical instruments such as tambourine, angklung, and gamelan. The winner of the competition will represent the Regional Residency of Pati at the provincial level.
